Renovation + Addition
The project, which began with a modest bathroom remodeling , evolved into an extensive renovation and addition. It was executed with the highest quality materials, paired with extraordinary craftsmanship. A keen attention to detail is exemplified by the deeply set entry, leading to a custom arched wood and glass door.
It is surrounded by English bond and herringbone brick patterns. Rough-cut stone was hand selected from various quarries, and copper gutters, downspouts and flashing were custom fabricated to add a unique finished appearance. Views to the outdoors were carefully planned to take full advantage of the terraces, aligning interior views with the client’s passion for gardening.
